Flavour Dark soya sauce, which is the result of
natural non enzymatic browning of light Soya Sauce
after 2-3 months exposure to strong sun light. The
resulting dark Soya Sauce is thick viscous and really
meaty in flavour and aroma. This final dark soya
sauce is our special ingredient in our vegetarian
meat flavours. We start with 10 kilos of first grade
light soya sauce. After 2-3 months of "open / close
sesame" depending on the weathers when it shines
or rain, we finally obtain 3 kilos of dark soya
sauce which I have termed it " DARK GOLD " because
it is so precious and nutritious (click here for
the amino acid test) which
comes from the total breakdown of the soya protein
beside the very complete meanty flavour. |
