DESCRIPTION
A viscous pourable dark chocolate brown colour with a
reddish thinge when diluted with a dose of 0.2% in the
final product. This is a 2-in-1 flavour, imparting chocolate
colour and flavour.
Specific
gravity at 25 deg C : 1.468 - 1.471
APPLICATION
This flavour is developed to impart flavour and chocolate
colour to the final product.

Dosage
- Wafer
Biscuits / Cakes / Cookies : 0.25% w/w of dough wt.
- Cream
Filllings : 0.2% w/w of base
- Milk
Toffees : 0.25% w/w of base
- Ice
Cream / Yoghurt / Milk : 0.2% - 0.25% w/w in ice-cream

As
a rule of thumb, when used with cocoa powder in the end
product e.g. biscuits, cakes, ice-cream and desserts,
start with dose of 0.2% w/w of base. This flavour can
be used together with any of our existing chocolate flavours.
This flavour's prime purpose is to impart chocolate colour
at dose of 0.2% - 0.25% w/w. Therefore if you want to
increase its chocolate taste, you have the following options
with these suggested combinations:

1251-2 : 0.1% w/w for boosting aroma
- Chocolate
1251-2C : 0.3% - 0.5% w/w for fuller chocolate taste

Extract 3351 : 0.5% - 1% w/w for more milk chocolate

COMPOSITION
The main ingredients are cocoa powder, Vanillin, EMS 300
and traces of chocolate aroma chemicals which are FEMA
GRAS, natural caramel, Chocolate Brown HT colour powder
with Propylene Glycol USP and liquid carrageenan gum as
solvent carrier.
CLASSIFICATION
This flavour is classified as artificial flavour in
all countries.
STORAGE
Keep sealed in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
This product is stable for at least one year.
