A pale yellowish colour liquid with a fresh juicy orange
aroma and flavour.
Specific
gravity at 25 deg C : 1.000 - 1.002
APPLICATION
This flavour is designed to boost the fresh juicy orange
aroma of freshly squeezed orange juice. It is an ideal
flavour booster for breakfast orange juice produced
from reconstituted orange concentrated juice and the
end product is sold under refrigeration. The recommended
dosage is as follows:
- Orange
squash products : 0.5% w/w in squash of dilution 1
+ 4
- Orange
juice drinks : 0.1% in ready to drink (preserved without
UHT treatment)

This flavour is made from natural orange oild terpeneless
and nature identical aroma chemical identified in natural
orange juice aroma to enhance the juiciness with Propylene
Glycol as solvent.

Keep sealed in an airconditioned room, or in a refrigerated
store, away from direct sunlight.
