A pale straw to colourless liquid with a sweet fragrant
aroma of boiled Pandan leaves when diluted.
Specific
gravity at 25 deg C : 1.050 - 1.052
APPLICATION
This flavour is suitable for many applications eg. coconut,
red bean, green bean, yam, rice, curries, vanilla, barley
etc. It is a truly flavour enhancer - improves the flavour
in final products.

: 0.1% eg. barley water, coconut water, herbal, green
bean
- Ice-Cream
: 0.1% in ice-cream mix with red bean, yam, coconut,
vanilla
- Dessert
& Cake : 0.2% of cake mix

- Rice
: 0.5% spray on rice and mix - fragrant rice
