VEGETARIAN MEAT BROTH POWDER FLAVOUR 7525M2

DESCRIPTION
A light brown powder with brown specks flavour compound that gives a tasty, savoury and full bodied taste and aroma of stock extracted from boiled beef meat. This flavour is a modification of Meat Broth Powder Flavour 7525.

Bulk density at 25°C: 0.667 – 0.667

APPLICATION
This product is a base for broths, soups, and sauces of ready to serve meals and as seasoning base for snacks, like chips and instant noodles. Recommended dosage in all applications is between 0.2 – 0.5 % w/w of base. This flavour is salt sensitive and addition of 0.3% w/w salt in final product will give the optimum savoury and meaty beef taste.

COMPOSITION
This product contains yeast extract, salt, maltodextrin, dextrose monohydrate, flavour enhancer E635, anticaking agent E552, acidulant citric acid, gum arabic, vegetable fat, L-Cysteine hydrochloride and natureidentical flavouring which are FEMA GRAS.

This product does not contain any natural meat extractive.
