This flavour consists of nature-identical and artificial
aroma ingredients which are FEMA GRAS.
COMPOSITION
The main ingredients are Aliphatic Acids, Aliphatic
Aldehydes, Cis-3-Hexenol, Maltol, Ethyl Maltol, Ethyl
Butyrate, Esters, Ketones and Propylene Glycol USP Grade
as solvent.
CLASSIFICATION
It is classified as artificial flavour in all countries.
