DESCRIPTION
A pale straw colour liquid with a fruity sweet sourish
aroma distinctive of crushed ripe strawberries.
Specific
gravity at 25 deg C : 1.013 - 1.016
APPLICATION
This flavour emphasizes the fruitiness of ripe strawberries
with minimum green note. It has a good creamy textural
feel of the strawberry crush fruit flavour which is
ideal for ice-cream, cream filling, candy and jam applications.
