DESCRIPTION
White crystalline powder with a rich creamy sweet aroma
of vanilla flavour with extra fullness of vanilla taste
because of extra natural vanillin added.

APPLICATION
This flavour gives more than vanillin type taste. It
contains nature-identical Vanillin, artificial Ethyl
Vanillin and extra natural Vanillin plus creamy dairy
taste. This flavour is developed for all food products
where a rich vanilla flavour is desired.
It
is particularly good in all bakery products such as
biscuits, cookies, cakes, sugar confectioneries such
as toffees, milk candies, chocolate products, ice-cream,
yoghurt and milk shakes. The recommended dosage for
all the above applications is 0.5% w/w of base. In beverage
application, dose of 0.1 - 0.2% w/w in ready product
is sufficient.

STATUS
The main ingredients of this flavour are natural-identical
Vanillin, artificial Ethyl Vanillin, extra natural Vanillin,
Gamma and Delta Lactones and other trace aroma substances
which are FEMA GRAS.
CLASSIFICATION
It is classified as artificial flavour for all countries
because of Ethyl Vanillin in the formulation which is
artificial.
STORAGE
Keep sealed in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
This product is stable and does not have serious caking
problem even after prolong storage.
