DESCRIPTION
A pale yellow coloured liquid. This flavour imparts the
sweet caramel nutty mellow aroma of White Gourd cooked
with cane sugar.
Specific
gravity at 25 deg C : 0.957
APPLICATION
This flavour is designed for flavouring White Gourd
drink in the traditional manner. The recommended dosage
is 0.1% in the ready to drink.
LEGAL STATUS
It consists of natural and nature-identical flavouring
ingredients which are FEMA GRAS with Propylene Glycol
as solvent.
CLASSIFICATION
This flavour is classified as artificial flavour in
all countries except for Germany which is classified
as nature-identical flavour.
STORAGE
Keep sealed in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
This flavour matures on storage, developing a darker
tone in appearance and the aroma will be richer and
more mellowed. This means that the flavour profile improves
with age.
